Guarantees
All the manufacturers we use warrant their products against manufacturing defects and we warrant the installation. You will be advised of the relevant warranties at time of order. Your invoice will confirm the warranty period applicable to your product(s). In addition, we offer up to a 24 month warranty on installations. Again, your invoice will detail this warranty period.
Payment Terms
We do not require a deposit unless your door is a special size or colour. Our payment terms are on the day of installation by cheque, bank transfer or cash. We do not currently take credit cards due to the high fees charged by credit card companies.
